This year Rio Grande Rotary presented two Rotarian of the Year awards at theirTuesday, June 30^th meeting.  The awards went to Mary Joe Billiot, Newsletter Editor and Dona Hearn, Newsletter Editor and Publicity Director, for their contributions to the club and for their work on the club newsletter The Rio Report and other publicity work accomplished through out the year.
